I would highly recommend the Old Railway Yard, a good location, plenty of space to park, lovely room & views. Breakfast was beautifully cooked & presented, Graham very friendly & helpful, we will be returning 

Great place to stay - very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Graham was a very friendly and helpful host and he does a lovely breakfast. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable staying here. I would recommend The Old Railway Yard to anyone.

We were celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary nearby and spent 2 nights in Graham's amazing home from home. There were 2 of us and we had the Garden view room which was perfection!!!!
Access is great as you can park right next to your ground level room. Perfect for disabled as well as able bodied. 
Self contained room, with a stove and a microwave, cutlery etc. Spotlessly clean and a very relaxing room with mood changing lights on the ceiling. The bathroom is very modern with lovely lighting around the bath. Nice little touches in the room and a very comfy bed.
Breakfasts are the best I've had in a long while and you feel really looked after by Graham, who is very down to earth. I felt so comfy and at home that I had brekky bare feet..just like at home.

Graham is the most friendly host ever! Highly recommend and at great prices too.

Great place to stay, we truly felt like home. This is by far the best B&B we have visited. It was spotless and all very well organised. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Graham is an amazing host who inspires confidence and trust... What a lovely guy! His freshly served breakfasts are amazing and very well presented. He even had gluten-free options for my wife.We could not have chosen a better place as a base to visit Cornwall, very central to most places. We strongly recommend it! 5*

The best b&b have ever stayed in spotless through out,very comadating, fab food perfect porridge,and all ran by Graham very inspiring man,also very central for travelling around Cornwall,will definitely be back...👍

Graham's a wonderful, welcoming and attentive host. The property is immaculate, stylish and cosy, and the breakfast outstanding. A fantastic, faultless place thats highly recommended in a great location - hoping to  return!

Loved our stay in the B@B it was our first time in Cornwall , we would recommend the old railway yard to friends and family , don’t think we have stayed in such a clean b@b , we had a lovely walk down the old railway line before breakfast .

A unique experience..that’s why we keep going back !  Definitely the best accommodation in Cornwall. Graham is amazing and will look after you 100% 
You won’t fault the accommodation and great detail in everything that graham creates. The Breakfasts are beautiful and evening meals mouthwatering. Just look at the reviews and you’ll see I’m not alone with my views.

Friendly, relaxed with a lovely atmosphere. Room was clean and well presented. Only tried the breakfast but it was out of this world! All homemade and freshly cooked. Visiting relative stayed and states she will go nowhere else for future visits. She could not rate highly enough!
