For a small inn set off the beach, this hotel is absolutely amazing. Unique blend of customer service and friendly personality from all the staff, especially Juvy! Rooms are clean and tidy. Everything is here for a budget get away. I will be coming back here every year for sure. Beats any 5 star hotel!

Outstanding customer service

Great staff, excellent breakfast and a nice room.  Only 2 minutes walk to front beach.  Beer and Softdrinks for sale / reasonable prices . Very useful tips from the owner, which made it much easier Perfect stay !

Nice place to stay at Boracay

We found Ocean Breeze from a Google search, having traveled to Boracay without planning ahead.
This hotel is really excellent, conveniently located both close to the beach and the main road yet in a quiet walkway with no traffic.
Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast (scrambled eggs, coffee and fruit) is included with the room, shower with warm water, decent internet connection and price is very reasonable.
I thoroughly recommend.

Friendly, conveniently located and comfortable hotel

Booked to this from January 1-19, 2020 last December 26, 2019. 25th December 2019, there was Ursula typhoon that hit boracay and damages the area, including phone receptions, electricity and some resorts, due to this I decided to cancel my reservation and asked for a refund of 35.000 peso, unfortunately the manager informed booking.com to not refund me and so, they are probably enjoying the money that I have worked hard for no reasons at the moment ha ha. So for further guest planning to booked to this resort, you better think twice and better booked somewhere else where more worth for the price than get trouble getting a refund.

Unbelievable!

Ocean Breeze made our stay in Boracay. This is the perfect hotel if you are the kind of travelers that want something comfortable enough to sleep, and want something quiet and close to the white beach. The location is great, close to good restaurants, excursions and to the beach station 3 (best station) we were almost alone on the beach. 
The staffs was just awesome, they sent Venice (awesome guy) to get you at the airport, they served homemade customized breakfast every morning and they always had a smile on their face. 
Finally the last day we had to check out at 12 pm but our flight was at 8pm. They kindly offered us to keep our luggages and even let us shower in their bathroom before our flight!! 
They are just awesome, I will come back and I recommend this hotel 

Great choice!! 

We spent nice holidays in boracay until the last night. We had the cash in our bag to pay our room the next morning  before leaving. The sliding doors are not safe and can easily be opened. This is really scary to know somebody entered the room while we were sleeping to take our handbag. Hopefully we still had our passports to leave and nothing happened to us. 2 ladies in a room is an easy target.

Don't stay there, we have been robbed during the night while we were sleeping!

I stayed there 2 weeks. I was sick and they care of me very well 🙂 Even staff ask me if I want buy some madicine. 
Summary: Nice staff, close to the beach. Very clean room with air con. Good value for good price. Thanx a lot to the staff for good stay!

Boracay is fun, much alive and beautiful white beach front. Ocean Breeze Inn is accommodating, friendly and value for money. 

The good thing is that if you like a quite place to stay. We recommend you this place.

Value for money. Nice place to stay for long period.

Do not book at this inn. You are living an building BUT in the middle of squatters area. If you search through thier website you cannot see the direction or location of the place. This will give you a HINT / RED FLAG / WARNING already that this is not a place to relax n enjoy boracay. In my 6th times here in boracay... i could not believe this happen to me and to my family. When the attendant guide us going to thier place. I was really shock that we still need to go through a small alley and omg,  this is really a squatters area!!! They are very strict with thier cancellation policy and they stands firm for no refunds. We are supposed to stay for 3nights but I cant afford to stay in this horrible place. Should have I known the location, i will not booked this family owned inn. It feels like you cannot breath and its not good for children or adults, the area is mosquitos infested. I dont want others to experience the same scenario of our. With the price they offer, there are lot of family owned or small establishment that offers the same price with good location. Anyways, right now, me and my family stay at station 2 for the price of 2100 with kitchen also. Thank God for saving us a good vacant room.
