What was good

Generally, the staff were always friendly. Our concierge Marcelo checked in with us every day with a smile. If we needed anything, he was the man, dealt with our requests straight away. Lisa, in the preferred reception, was always so helpful with a smile. Issa barman in the preferred lounge was always warm and welcoming. It was always a pleasure to see him every night he knew what we were drinking before we asked. To sum up our 10 days excellente. Would highly recommend Thank you for an amazing holiday
