One of the best Location , During snow fall it becomes heaven one can enjoy warmth of this hotel, Food is really good,very co-operative staff as management changed everything. we strongly recommend the hotel for travellers and honeymoooners

Great budget hotel. HUGE rooms. All amenities included. Many rooms have bathtubs too. Food is also good but not too great. It has everything what you expect from a 3* hotel. It is around 10 mins drive from main Manali but it's OK if you have a vehicle

i came here in April 2017 with my family to see the valley of Himachal. Good behaviour from staff, Neat and good rooms. Beautiful atmosphere. I just enjoyed Manali on these days. Must come in Jannuary to see snowfall and snow coverdmanali.

Beautiful 

These people are bad in service. Most important the main front office staff and owner of the hotel acts like a gunda. They don't have respect for customers. Rooms are average and food is also average. Only the name is resort but there is nothing like a resort in the hotel. It is like a 2 star hotel. Also the hotel is too far from Mall road. The bathrooms are slippery. Their card machines don't work. That is what I was informed at the time making payment. I think they did this purposely.

Rude Front office Staff

I paid 1800 for 1day with b.fast (for 3 days) and in morning they increase price to 2500/-.without b.fast. without any reason and said to leave the hotel before 11. Because the sold my room for 2500 and if i want to continue pay 2500 per day. WTF.  
So this hotel is unsafe. They can call u any time to leave the hotel if they get more for there room.
