I have stayed here twice and it was an awesome place and clean facilities.  However, I just tried to call and book it on 14th of August, 2012.  Their phone and e-mail doesn't work and you can't book online either.  I believei it is closed down.

The outside of hotel and pool are stunning, but the indonesion theme they have created do not carry into the apartments. The apartments were a bit dated. They tried to bring in the indonesion feel but not very well (tacky ornaments etc). the cane furniture was ridiculously uncomfortable, the tv was dated and tv reception was terrible.  however it had everything you needed and was quite comfortable. rooms were very large and the bath was fantasic! very deep and large.  
the pool was amazing, absolutely loved sitting by the pool with the relaxing music in the background that they play all day with the smell of incence wafting past as well. on a main road so the ideal location for this hotel would be somewhere quieter. beach only 5-10mins walk which is a nice walk to take in the morning or arvo. beach is huge and quite secluded. wonderful view of mount coolum. staff fairly non-existant but i liked that, felt like i was really left alone to just relax. would stay again if could get a bit cheaper next time (found it a little pricey considering it is out of the way from Coolum - about 5mins drive).

This hotel is kind of nowhere, sort of in a suburban area, but close to the beach (1 street) and the shops (IGA) are very close.  It was perfect for us with a 4 mth old.
Very beautiful gardens and pool area is nice.
As per the other review I found the floors ridiculously dirty, black feet within the hour.  The rest of the apartment was clean, I think they just need to step up the floor washing or at least change the water !  Also agree about the couch, very thin foam on cane.
That said, we stayed in a 2 bedrom apartment - it was spacious and had all we needed, it was self-catering.
Will stay again.  The plunge pools (available IN the rooms on the ground floor) weren't as big as I had expected but were heated to about 32 degrees.  Main pool was 27. I would probably stay in a pool room if I had the choice. Would be a great spot for couples.

Great place but I think it closed as of 2012

This place was really lovely, the gardens and pool just beautiful.

Our room (mid-level) was quite modern but dirty. Our feet were black (wooden floorboards) after only an hour and the window sills were disgusting. I have to mention also, very uncomfortable beds and couch. The couch was barely worth sitting on, thin foam on cane. But all apartments could be furnished differently.

The balcony was huge and outlook very nice. The aircon and all appliances worked well. very short on platters etc, even teacups (only 2 for a 2 bedroom apartment??).

The bbq area was around the back, and the beautiful bungalow with table setting etc was at the front of resort, so seemed a bit of a waste, but we saw both areas still being used.

The bottom rooms were the pick of the bunch, own plunge pools and opened onto beautiful gardens , so would be perfect for children. Our children wanted to live in the pool, warmed perfectly too, and quite big for such a small complex.

Please be aware that once you arrive, you are required to lug your suitcases etc from the undercover car park. There are no lifts. I was not prepared for this and had to do it myself (staircase stifling hot) up 4 flights with 2 small children. It took me 7 round trips, as I brought everything due to the apartments being self contained. (imagine if I had of been another level up!). Anyway, they don't mention this on their website for obvious reasons, so just making others aware.

The lady who "assisted" us to check in, well lets just say you could have frozen ice on her, well never mind. Being apartments, you don't expect much service.

I think if there were lifts, and the apartments were cleaner, I would return, because the pool etc were stunning and the rooms quite nice.
