wolking time to the beach promenade 20 min. there you will find restaurants, tavernes, cafés, and shops, as well the public beach of Saranda. As well next to the hotel are restaurants, shops. by car you reach the nice beaches of Ksamil in about 20 min. (there is as well a public bus to Ksamil which passes near by the hotel). Also in 30 min. you are at the ancient ruin of Butrint.
