Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa Zanzibar

Paradise for sure - beach front all inclusive resort - our second time to visit this jewel of a resort. We actually had a terrible experience at Maharaja Beach - where we were booked for 3 nights but after 1 night of terrible stay we booked Neptune and moved and the best decision we made. From breath taking views, lovely and very helpful and friendly staff to amazing food - so much to choose from, being vegetarian we had so much choice for breakfast to lunch and dinner - the rooms were very clean - we also got an upgrade to sea view which we are very thankful for :) as that made our stay even more special as my husband was celebration his Birthday while we were out there. They also surprised him with a cake and the lovely staff who made the evening very entertaining. Neptune is a big resort so you have lots of space and spots to choose where you can lie and enjoy the warm sun and amazing views- we had fresh coconut water daily & enjoyed all our meals. All staff were friendly and helpful from the reception to the dinning and all ground staff welcomed us with a smile at all times, the rooms were cleaned daily and we also had a turn-down service where they made our bed and sprayed our room so we could have a sound sleep, we felt we were really taken care of and did not wanna leave ever ..lol The Manager Narender was really good he made sure he asked us if we needed anything else and if we were comfortable at all times, felt very personal and special considering it is a huge property. We also experienced the Spa - although i would say they could do better - I personally did not enjoy the massage - could have been better. But apart from that our stay was amazing and we will surely visit again :) Highly recommended for families, couples and solo travel too as they had many onsite activities to enjoy.
