I am trying first-time of Bharat travels and the purvi was given to us fantastic deal for the same like we have excellent memories and the every amenities is perfect.

Staff is too cooperative they all support to you make your trip is excellent.

We stayed here for 5 nights.The resort is excellently located away on the hills that offers majestic panorama view.Rooms are quite spacious,luxurious and comfortable.Loved the mini bar.Restaurant is not that huge but outside is the garden area perfect for breakfast specially.The food menu was limited (buffet) but the food was truly delicious.One can simply not forget the taste of those north Indian Spice.must say they have a talented culinary team.From the very first day the staff was friendly and interactive and always on their toes to fulfill our requirements.they even offered us some traditional shawls as a gesture of love and respect.All over the property holds all those feature that will surely take your heart.A place indeed to find tranquility .

Only book room from 101 to 404 in bcoz 501 series room is to long distance from road you will walk log to reached in room.After your traveling when you reached in hotel and some one ask you to walk long to reached for your room is to disperse

no words, amazing hotel location, you can view everything from your balcony, good piece of work for the rooms, view and services. One must stay in this hotel for once, its in budget and you can easily afford the price which actually realize you that the cost is too less if you see the hotel quality.

We stayed at Naina Resort and cottages for 10 nights in June 2018.The location of the resort is excellent. It overlooks Beas river, one can see snow covered peaks and it is in the midst of apple orchard and if you like walking, it is walking distance from the mall, jugnu falls, Vashisht temple, Van Vihar and some other attractions. The service was very good, rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. If you want to get away from it all, this a place for you.

perfect cottage in manali for couple or friends or family.

Please dont book any trip/hotel/transport through "Bharat Booking". I have traveled from 25-01-2019 to 28-01-2019. They never fulfill their promise. Once you are in their trap they will change your hotel,they will not provide transport or if they will provide they will charge additional. their operation staff is very pathetic, they always threaten you to cancel the booking with zero refund.

To start with scenic beauty is just amazing from the hotel rooms. But unfortunately we have been accommodate on other property, one have to walk throgh hill slabs in dark and chances are very high to get slip.
Food quality is pathetic, in buffet they only have veg that too pathetic. Even if you request for room service if someone was unable to reach the restaurant they will not surve. If you are going with children or aged family member you will have a tough time there. Sufficient room heater was not available and charges are also high. Hot water was available but the geyser was poor quality as a result continues linkage of water may leave you in flood like situation in washroom. It is also risky to reach the hotel via transport as the same was situated on high hill.

Pathetic Foods and unprofessional services

This hotel is incredibly unsanitary and a regrettable waste of money. The bedding, including the bed sheets, pillows, and blankets, clearly lacks proper maintenance, indicating a disregard for hygiene and care. Additionally, when we requested a quilt, we were given an old and malodorous one that emitted an unpleasant smell. The restroom is disgustingly putrid, emitting an offensive odor. Given these glaring issues, I would rate this hotel with negative five stars.

Summary: The hotel is located on a steep hill, far from the main road, making it extremely challenging to access by car. Moreover, upon entering the reception area, a strong and unpleasant smell pervades the space, likely due to the presence of people and the receptionist

Filthy Rooms and Complete Wastage of Money

I have been to this hotel through Bharat booking holidays India pvt Ltd the hotel lakes basic standards and sttafs are cooperative but not managed properly need upgradation and revival.I will not recommend staying personally.

Leisure family trip

Pathetic Management. We had to wait just to checkin for good 1-1.5 hours and later there wa no electricity in our room or anything else was functional properly. 

I will not recommend staying at this property, not at all worth the money. Very very bd experience.
