First we arrived to the hotel on time they took passports and we kept waiting for 20 min as we mad reservation through booking.com we told them it says check in at 12:00 on the email they said that its wrong check in is at 14:00 but we will check you in early but give us some time which am sure its just made up after getting to the room after 40 minutes of waiting tlits not as expected they said we gaive you nice room which is not shower broken tv broken after calling them to fix it i asked about the coffee and tea set in the room which 99.9% of hotels have it  they said try with housekeeping saw one of the staff she said ill get you that but at night when we got to the room saw her again she said we dont have enough as its in few rooms may be tomorrow and the hotel is full which is not true alot of rooms vacant and i did not see that much people customer service is so bad staff some of them are nice but the majority is rude you dont feel welcomed there talking to each other using bad words with no respect to customers and shouting on each other.

Second is the food room service is so slow we asked for plate of fruits not big deal it did not come after one hour called and canceled after several trials with no answer then they came after 2 hours while we are sleeping and called the room we just ignored 
We did not eat at the hotel at all as the restaurants are closed or kitchen closed we ate at the bøbar at the beach nice one as it does not belong to the hotel and nice food as you see in the photo .
The towels you need to need to know some one or pay some one as they dont give you have to ask for it for the salty swimming pool i dont know how or by any form they got the 5⭐️ Stars as compared to the other 5⭐️ Stars i go around the world they are not even one any thing you can close one eye but customer service its most important in any hotels or in the whole industry hope you see this before you fall in the trap happy days .

Very bad worst hotel stay ever be warned dont go there

AC is not working, bad smell in the room, service is not good, food also is not good, not warm welcoming, I do not recommend this hotel at all, the hotel is full and only one person in the reception, I am not satisfied at all. I left one day after 

Disappointed 

Visited in October 2019 a very low standard of food and drink. The beds were rock hard and the beach scruffy to say the least. The saving grace was the lovely swimming pool hence the two stars. Would I stay again not on your nellie.

Poor food

We paid over 500gbp off season during Easter holiday.the main things the food was absolutely disgusting no tsste and cold very limited choice of food and every day is the same food horrible tasteless cold food after our fourth day we start eating outside.resort itself had no atmosphere no entertainment no waterpark with only 60 guests in the whole resort not lively at all.no wifi in bedroom the fridge in bedroom dont work everything seem old and broken.pool table don't work our money get stuck in it.at night they switch the lights off everywhere inside and outside looked like a ghost town.staffs in hotel don't speak english what a waste of money it was.anybody looking to book at nahrawess think 10 times and don't book.pictures below shows how dark and dull it is from inside

Absolutely rubbish

the hotel is a nice at first, but as the holiday started we found out that service was so rubbish and foods doesnt tasts at all, the hotel wasnt clean but at the other side we had a good room and we paid to get a better drinks.

could be much better, pity

I stayed in Nahrawess Hotel for two nights for business meetings. 
It was off season, the staff was really minimum, but they were welcoming and nice.
The indoor pool was closed so i had to use the spa's ... At first they led me to a small pool, but later let me use the bigger one.

The food was not varied 

The room was spacious and kept clean.

The TV didn't come with English or French speaking channels.

The sea view was great on the third floor but the lifts didn't work properly ...

I'd give this hotel a try in Season to see how it works

Great for an off season stay

Yes apart from getting a really good deal for my weeks stay at this four star hotel I was very impressed with a lot of things here. It was early season and there weren't many tourist there but everyone wanted to help and all the staff were friendly. Helga the Service Manager there was very welcoming and helped me out with the Spa . The restaurant Manager made sure I was being looked after at breakfast too. The rooms are of a nice quality. I was on the third floor and had at nice sea view in the distance. The hotel itself is enormous and that goes for the Spa which is close by. The Hydro Spa pool was amazingly good. The building itself is so full of different massage rooms and has nice sunbeds with cushions to sit out in a special balcony after your massage. It has a Cosmopolitan feel with lovely paintings on the wall. A very Arty feel indeed. You can chill out here with a book and there;s even a small tea room where u can bring along a tea bag and make your own cupa while you relax. Outside the breakfast room and restaurant there is a quiet area for sitting. You can order a coffee from the bar and just check your emails in quiet surroundings under the Yuka trees. The only thing I didnt really like thinking back was the smell of disinfectant. I found it reminded me of a hospital thats all. The hotel is a five minute walk to a small shopping area and a few coffee shops and restaurants.The Net Cafe was one of these. Also the beach was a direct walk down from the hotel itself. They need to clean up the beaches in Tunisia. I stayed at several hotels during my stay and all the beaches were in a bad way with plastic bottles and litter. In all a good place to chill out for the week or so with massage on hand and an hotel that has a kind of Beverly Hills 1950s feel about it.  Im not forgetting the animation team who were rehearsing for the Summer Season ahead of them. The singing and dancing were fab. Good value for money. Hopefully this hotel will pack up  as the season progresses to add more life and personality to it.

Magnificent hotel to chill

The atmosphere, the ambiance, the quiet place and the center of Nabeul and the jasmine Hamammat،  were a wonderful start and I hope it will end as I started
منذ سنوات لم اعيش مثل هذه الاجواء ... كانت الرحلة خارج الموسم وهذا سبب الهدؤ وعدم الازدحام
