The property is a bit dated, no extraordinary amenities, not even shampoo was supplied, and the price was high for what it was.

I liked having the use of the kitchen.I liked the priximity to the city and the peace and quiet of the neighborbood.I would like the locks on room doors to be a bit more secure.My stay was quite pleasant and enjoyable.

Staff was friendly-No breakfast-Kitchen instinct and smells dirty.

Jeffrey - the owner - is very helpful and forthcoming.The apartment is way up the first floor which gives you a nice overview.Internet connection is good.Convenient store right across the street open till 9 PM.The street is calm at night.In the morning, walk down 15 Meters and you will find a coffee- and waffle shack on the right hand side (they're very slow but hey! you can get coffee!)

the location was great a it was within walking distance of the city.

Property was clean and I had no issues besides not having explanation of how to work the AC or turn on the fridge but once the property manager was made aware, he was right on it. Everything else was smooth for the rest of the trip.

No hotel amenities and no more breakfasts, but laundry downstairs is very convenient.

Unusual property in great location

We Stayed in Mr Clean for 5nights . good location but the beds in the room are not up to par you can feel every spring in the bed. they say its a B&B but we were never given breakfast every morning we had to find somewhere to have breakfast. on our first day there we had to buy lime a way for the toilet bowl because it was terrible ,we literally had to ask for the room to be freshen up every day before we left and the kitchen that we were to share it was always dirty and we were not able to use it. The pictures on the web site are lying!!

Bad Stay

The view from my room to the sea, excellent.Clean, pretty clean. My clothes cleaned, was a no cost service. You can cook by yourself, however, Phil's breakfast is very nice, just few meters away.

Arrived after 11pm at night after a 3.5 hour flight delay. Very good of the owners, who were very friendly, to wait up for us but we did inform them in advance that we were delayed. But from there i'm afraid it goes down hill.

We booked and paid for two rooms but were offered one shared room. We insisted we get two and the owners relented although I had to stay in a basement room.

My room: 
No TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bedside lamp or bedside rug to put your feet on in a morning. There was a fridge but it didn't work and a chair which was broken.
Bathroom had a broken toilet seat, shower didn't work very well but the water was hot. It says its a bed and breakfast but I didn't see any breakfast other than tea and coffee. To be fair, I could have moved rooms the next day but my colleagues room was not much better, and why bother as I didn't like the communal kitchen in the middle layout on his floor.

I understand that people are suffering after the 2017 hurricanes (Irma & Maria) and that money is tight but you can get a cheap chair, bedside table, lamp and the like, surely. Maintenance such as a lick of paint, a good scrub of the tiles and a re-grout doesn't cost much.

If you need a bed for the night at short notice then it'll do.

For me, three nights was two nights too many. All in all, a disappointing stay for the price.
