Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the initial prepayment by bank transfer is due within 14 days after the invoice date. The remaining payment should be received by bank transfer 6 weeks before arrival. Please contact the property in advance to organize this. Additional costs must be paid by credit or debit card directly at the property. Please note that if the reservation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the total amount must be paid by bank transfer before arrival. Please note that payment of the additional costs (bed linen and towel package and city tax) must be paid upon arrival by credit card.
