Migrante Guesthouse

Boa Vista

Very nice and cosy hostel with a very nice owner. Rooms are beautiful and confortable and good breakfast as well. Location is good, in the center of Sal Rei. Highly recommended place for a stay in Sal Rei

2 nights in Migrante guesthouse

The bar area is lovely with lots of character and the lady was friendly and welcoming. We had coffee in the little courtyard at the back. It’s a little gem. They provide a little reading area and the courtyard has shady areas.

Oasis of calm

After walking 6k from our hotel to Sal Rai, we came across this little oasis in the middle of town and popped in for coffee. Lovely inside, cool. Delightful outside courtyard. Excellent coffee served. Place looked very inviting and for those looking for something different to the big hotels this would seem a great choice. Well kept, clean and contemporary in an old worlde kind of way. 

Cool and quaint

This is almost the only pretty building in Sal Rei even though it doesn't look it from the outside.  It has a front 'shop' which doubles as a bar and eating area.  Inside there is a quaint courtyard with the steps up to the accommodation.  We didn't stay here but we did eat and have a drink which was very acceptable.

Pretty Guest House

Absolutely charming, beautiful hotel run by adorable people who couldn't be more helpful. Centrally located, a few minutes walk from local restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable while remaining atmospheric.  A total gem

Hotel in paradise

I don’t really want to review this in case it encourages too many people.! The guesthouse is lovely. All of the public areas are intimate and comfortable, there is a library, bar, outside courtyard, and balcony seated area. It is a riad style property, which has been renovated very sympathetically. The bedroom was simply furnished, and the bathroom likewise, but perfectly comfortable . All of the staff were lovely. Special mention to Tammy, who was really sweet and helpful.
Breakfast was simple fare, but given the general variety of foods on offer  in the town was perfectly good enough.
We were a ten minute walk to most restaurants and also to the local beach which was great. We would really recommend  Migrante and would love to return here.
