I stayed here for a few days at the start of my journey through Azerbaijan and then again at the end. What I came to appreciate about this hotel is the conditioner (plus shampoo, plus lotion) in the shower + the fabulous AC + spacious room. The chef is excellent and breakfasts + one dinner were delicious. Ding for a proclivity toward sweet wines; I like mine dry. I appreciated the spa downstairs (no pool and also no frills) where I could get one hour massages. This hotel is next to a 24/7 supermarket and walkable to the Caspian Sea.
