The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was spotless, with soft and comfortable pillows. The bed was incredibly cozy—it felt like it could “pull you in,” and I had an amazing night’s sleep. The staff provided excellent service from start to finish—from the security guard at the front of the hotel (Khun Dum), the bellboys (P’Aud and P’Wan), and the receptionist (N’Mew). At the breakfast restaurant, the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff there also provided great service (N’Mud). There is also a coffee shop located right on the beachfront of the hotel. The coffee was aromatic and very tasty, and the staff were friendly and attentive (P’Tum). During our stay, at around 8:30 PM, the hotel also had a fire show performance. I will definitely come back to stay here again if I have the chance.
