Plaza Inn Regensburg

I belive this was the fourth time we spent the night at this hotel on our trip back home from Croatia to the Netherlands. Every time we had a great experience. The whole hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all facilities we need. There is a coffee machine that makes tea as well. For our baby we needed to boil water, a kettle was arranged by the reception desk within 1 minute. By our booking we requested a baby bed. We haven't received just a camping bed for the baby, but a real crib, a changing mat, big towel and even a diaper/nappy bucket. In the summer we used air conditioning that worked well. In the winter the heating was working too well, but you can turn it lower at the radiator button. It's also nice that you can open the windows for some fresh air. Two times we had dinner in the restaurant whitch was good. The staff of the restaurant was also friendly. We olways book including breakfast, because the breakfast is just great. Only 2 things I have to mantion, but that don't have any negative influence on my stay at the hotel. - when making a reservation, you can only choose for suites if you enter you are traveling with children. This while 2 children up to I belive 12 or 14 years are free of charge when staying in the same room as the parents. I solved this by booking for just 2 adults and mentioned in the requests area that we are traveling with 2 children. I requested a baby bed and an extra pillow. It would be nice if you could choose between all rooms while making the reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids. - after I made the reservation, I got a confirmation, but no confirmation about my requests. All my requests ware granted, but it would be nice to know in advance.
