Our second visit to this hotel close to middle of Farnborough in a pleasant residential area. A lovely friendly welcome from Chess and this time we had a different themed room of ‘safari’. There is a lot of attention to detail and thought gone into the room scheme. The bedroom/bathroom are exceptionally clean. The detailing of the finish of fixtures/fittings has been careful. Bed was comfortable & toiletries supplied in bathroom. We came back in the evening and went down through the pretty terraced garden to the guest bar. Fabulous choice of beers and at 9pm ordered a BLT which was very tasty and one of the best we had had with avocado & juicy sweet tomato. Breakfast was a large choice of full English breakfast combinations, cereals, yoghurt, teas coffee & toast. At £110 a night for a double we consider this excellent value. Could pay a lot less at Premier Inn for a a stuffy room and bun fight at breakfast. Thank you once again for a happy visit.
