On a late arrival at the reception deskJorge explained everything then tells us because we had missed lunch they had extended our all inclusive until 4pm on day of departure, First surprise. Pool area spotlessly clean sun loungers all looked clean and plentiful lifts clean and fresh smelling every single day. Room clean pleasant comfortable lovely complimentary toiletries, water in room extra pillows blankets etc. Bar staff so friendly laughing and joking and very attentive Restaurant well reviews very mixed but no complaints food was hot and choices amazing steaks fish cheese salads bread selection pasta 😋 unbelievable that some had reviewed this hotel and said no choice repetitive staff helpful with drinks service to your table lunch and evening not at all rude please remember the staff are Spanish and some didn't speak English (learn abit of Spanish) Don't be put off by some reviews not sure what some people expect but very happy with this jotel the service and the staff and will definitely be returning.
