According to the new law, under the All-inclusive system a hotel can offer a guest a maximum of 3 alcoholic drinks per day. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the tourism tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
