An exceptional auberge. A short drive from the Nimes town center, Mas de Bourdan is a small, beautifully-appointed garden hotel, coupled with a bistro and a fine dining restaurant, both offering outstanding French cuisine (not listing vegetarian dishes, but the chef produced excellent options). The facility, in a 17th-Century structure, is outstanding; staff truly aim to please.
