While this hotel is clearly dated and aged/worn down, it served exactly what we needed for us. If you are looking for an overnight stay close to the airport, this is it. If you are looking for a two night stay to have a relaxing pool day followed by going to the airport early morning to fly home - what we needed - this is your hotel. Very family and kid friendly. Buffet breakfast is quite expansive. Executive lounge has quite an array of food options for the dinner service. We made it into a full meal for two adults and one child. That + free breakfast paid for itself with the visit, i.e. the hotel was, in a sense, 'free'. The pool is not heated and has a shallow end for kids. Lifeguard on duty at all times. They have multiple shuttle options into central Rome but we did not use it. I could easily see us staying here again, for 1/3 or 1/4 the cost of Rome city center, to then use the shuttle in/out daily to tour Rome itself. Parking is available on site and free. Gas station (IP self service) for filling up your rental ahead of the airport dropoff is very close by as well. Supermarkets located nearby. Unaware of any self-service laundromats though.
