Just got back yesterday. First time at this hotel but 2nd time in Morocco. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable in lovely riads within a grassed area. No kettle for the morning,I panic a bit over that as I love my tea but soon got used to getting up and out for tea. We're situated near to The hotel one side and the pool the other. Hotel has a lovely seating area to take drinks if you don't want to go to the busier bars. Restaurant buffet style, plenty to choose from , one cooking station doing something different every day. I had octopus one day omg it was so tender and tasty. Lovely pasta bar and lovely tagines. I wasnt so keen on the snack bar by the pool but that was just my personal preference, Staff were mostly all friendly, reception staff all friendly and speak English. my partner needed medical help, they phone a chemist he talks to you then sends medication to the hotel. I would advise always tip waiters doesn't have to be much . They save you a table and top your wine up as soon as you need it 😂. Wine is exceptionally good for an all-inclusive ( I'll drink anything but I've not been able to in some places ) cocktails are nice too although I didn't like their pina colada . Shuttle bus available to take you to the city , they drop you off quite a walk to the market just keep walking stay on the left you'll get there 😂
