65 reviewsOur stay at the Marepe Country Lodge on the 7th & 8th December last year was fantastic. Tony & Vincent were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The room we stayed in was huge and very clean. We stayed with our 17 year old daughter, who enjoyed her own separate bedroom. There was heaps of places to unpack and store things and the main room with the double bed was huge. A great room for families. The grounds are lovely - plenty of room to walk around (it's very peaceful there) and a pool to enjoy if it's hot. The lodge is located down a long driveway and is very secure. The restaurant / bar area is lovely and the food was top notch. There were plenty of breakfast options and both nights our dinner was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. The homemade jam and malva pudding were excellent! Close to the Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Centre and the Blyde Canyon Boat Trip. Thank you Tony & Vincent for your hospitality and chats. We loved staying with you! Every time we see a mosquito here in Australia we remember Vincent's secret mosquito weapon!
