Hotel was clean with ac/heater. Staff was helpful and restaurant had good options for meals. Location was a plus. Most areas were within walking distance. Felt safe with plenty of police around the zocalo. They had a Christmas market around the zocalo that will last until January 6

Everything was good except parking.  Parking was a hassle.

The WiFi and the air conditioning was great.  The room and bathroom were small and a little rustic but for its location and price the it’s well worth the visit. Spanish is definitely the primary language but we were able to survive with their limited English skills.

the hotel is in a good location, you can walk everywhere, the personal was nice and helpful, the rooms where ok, the problem with the rooms is that they don't have a windows and they are really small, also they have a problem with the hot water every time that I need to take a shower at night I need to call reception to help me with the water. the good thing is that when was time to leave they give me more change to stay more time because we need it

Very clean, spacious room. The only thing that was surprising was that there were no windows to the outside in almost all of the rooms in the hotel, except on the third floor - only a small window into the courtyard. But that also meant that the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping.

Quiet room with excellent view of cathedral. Half a block from zocalo. Countless restaurants in walking distance. Very safe. Check in and checkout we easy since we prepaid.

The hotel is very clean and pretty, it needs a little upgrading here and there, but the staff it’s always ready to help and available to fix whatever problem you might have.

This hotel is in the heart of Choula, close to Centro, restaurants and amazing views. The rooms were clean and the hotel is super unique. The views were amazing. The only part I did not love was the parking situation. It was paid (super cheap) on the street. Since the location is close to Centro, it was hard to find parking close. But overall, the wifi was great (we have 2 teenagers), the restaurant looked great but we never ate there, and the staff was friendly. Overall a great stay.

Loved this hotel. Excellent staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Our only issue was water took a long time to warm up and was not really hot. It was not a huge concern. We ate breakfastsny days at hotel. It was very good.

Before I book I checked some reviews which me feel secure about this hotel.I stayed 2 nights, the first night the room was very cold but the staff provide blankets which helped a lot The second night was better warmer than the first I don't know how. It's a new hotel so everything is new I like it They don't have their own car park but they have a partner where you can pay or parking on the streets but it's secure everything was fine. I consider they need to improve the view from the terrace is amazing. I enjoyed.

Great location. Great stay.

Very nice historic building with updated rooms.  Located 1/2 block from beautiful town square with restaurants, shops and outdoor vendors, surrounded by old churches that are lite at night made it that more special.  Friendliest staff around that kept out parking meter feed while we slept after a long travel so we would not be cited!  They were incredible 😁

The location and price are excellent. The food is very good and well priced. The beds are a little hard and they need additional blankets in the room but you can always ask for them at the front desk. The architecture of the hotel matches all the other traditional buildings. The front desk guy is very courteous and polite.

This is a cute little hotel with an excellent location. The manager and all the other people go far and beyond their duties to make you feel comfortable.The rooms are clean. The view from the rooftop is topnotch for pictures of the churches. There is a small restaurant on-site with decent food that won't make you sick.It has an elevator and in 2020 this hotel was only 1.5 years old.

Everything was great about the property, the staff was amazing, especially Saul Lopez BUT we found cockroaches in the room.  Killed one and took it to the receptionist but the management never contacted us nor apologized.  The breakfast time is way too late, we're early risers and they don't serve breakfast until 10.  Other than that, the hotel is in excellent location!
