"Luliaka"

This is a small family run hotel. It is very clean and tidy with large rooms, ours had an amazing shower room and separate lounge area.
Bulgarian style continental breakfast which included hot and cold choices.
A well stocked bar at reasonable prices.
This hotel is very secluded having a private location on the banks of the river Danube and about a 10/15 minute taxi ride to Ruse town. ( check taxi has a meter).
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception is open 24 hours.

Surprising and very good
We arrived late at night, the reception was very friendly, the room was very big, very clean, the bathroom was basic (toilet and shower were shared the same place). There was a view to the Danuba river, fine breakfast, a little bit complicate to arrive there at night.
Stairs to the hotel and to the room, not suitable for accessibility 


Stayed there overnight with my boyfriend - i was really impressed by the room, big, well-furnished. There was coffee and tee to prepare, the terrace was clean, the staff were very nice. 
Going there this week with my dog, I hope i am not disappointed!

SECLUDED HOTEL ON THE RIVER DANUBE.

Surprising and very good

Really good service

Nice small hotel located right on the edge of Danube river with a good view over it.
The room was big enough, clean with air conditioner and big LCD Tv. We asked for a big matrimonial bed, but they give us twin instead.
Other than that, the breakfast that was included in the room price was not so good, very simple things denoting lack of imagination. The personal wasn't very pleased they looked like they didn't want us there.
The prices are affordable and they had different types of food and drinks.
The hotel is about 10 km from Ruse town.

Overall: Good

Really disappointed from this hotel,staff and services. The only nice in the place where is situated the hotel ,but I don't think that can cover the terrible service. I will never use this hotel for whatever
