Overall very nice hotel. Serivce excellent, food very nice. We had club lounge access which was also a nice place to sit, eat, drink and relax. Rooms are clean and nice to have Aqua Di Parma toiletries
What was bad
Only small things. We booked the spa and they sent confirmation in the wrong language and spelt my partners name wrong. When they they sent it in the right name they had a completely random name. Also we had confirmed a later checkout when we finish
