I stayed at the hotel from August 30th to September 1st, during an extremely busy period, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. First, the view from my room(1819) was absolutely stunning — exactly as shown in the photos. I would give the view a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. The staff were also amazing. Every time I had a question or request, they responded quickly and provided excellent assistance. It made my stay much more comfortable. Because it was such a busy time, even as a Hilton Diamond member, I had to wait until almost 4 PM to check in. However, I completely understand the situation and appreciated the effort the team put into accommodating guests during peak times. For first-time visitors, here’s something important to know: The hotel uses a smart elevator system. Instead of selecting the floor inside the elevator, you choose your floor on the panel outside, and the system assigns you the optimal elevator to reach your room efficiently. At first, it was a little confusing for me, and during busy hours, you might feel like the elevators are taking longer to arrive. But once I understood how the system worked, I found it very convenient and efficient. Suggestion: Currently, the maximum capacity per elevator is limited to six guests. I’m curious if it’s possible to improve or adjust this, as it could help reduce wait times during peak hours. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
