Safe. Good location.  Convenient parking.  Easy check-in and check out. A bit of a hiccup finding the right unit, otherwise, a great stop over. Basic needs for a decent, comfortable stay with considerate, chic touches. Very clean. Noise from upstairs room was a minor inconvenience.

Spotless. Parking a little confusing , but we drove around and found it . Didn’t realized when I booked that it was side by side properties

The room was very clean and stocked well. Never saw or talked to any staff other than very informative email's.Parking is a problem if you want to park near your room.

The parking is a little sparse. We had a wonderful time. Definitely thinking about another stay.b

Very nice clean and quiet place.I give it 5 stars.However motorcyclists beware!Dirt parking lot and treacherous dirt driveway leading up to property.

The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was that the area was walkable and quiet!

Everything was awsome. Clean room, easy to check in, bathroom supplies were the best, the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare your meals, nice hot tub, quiet little mountain town, fishing nearby, restaurant and bar easy walk too.Just perfect little place for every kind of vacation. And prices are cheaper than budget motels.Awsome place,

Wonderful small hotel, we stayed in room 7. We used the kitchen, and the grill in the main house that was very nice. Beautiful views from your room, there is also AC that works, we also opened the windows, there's a front back window so you can get good air flow through. We used the hot tub which was also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, and the town of Green mountain falls. Very nice place to visit, relaxing, lots of hiking trails, skyspace was amazing to see, + very nice people in town.

The property was beautiful and convenient.  I wasn't aware that it was a sister property of Outlook Lodge.  This was an added perk, but it would have been nice to know in advance so that we knew that we had access to a kitchen and additional parking.  We didn't know where to park when we arrived, so communication was lacking there, unfortunately. It was confusing and I received no reply when texting and asking for help. Everything else about the stay was outstanding though.  The room was modern and clean, the hot tub was stone and sunken and nice (not a plastic above ground cube), and the furnishings throughout were great. The bathroom products were also nice. I ended up taking them with me since I figured they wouldn't be reused by the next guest (like lip balm? That would be weird).  I'm already planning a return trip...

This property is so cute. We were absolutely blown away. Every little detail was planned and executed perfectly. The linens and beds were comfortable, the provided toiletries and amenities were high quality, and the room was beautifully decorated and incredibly quiet. We will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to stay here again!

Enjoyed our 1 night stay at The Beaver Inn. The room was cozy and comfortable. Had everything in the room we needed. Would recommend if ever in the area. The hot tub was an extra added bonus. The host was super friendly and helpful with the questions we had. A couple of great restaurants in walking distance that were so good. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.

Awesome stay at The Beaver Inn

The property is in a quiet part of Green Mountain Falls. We wanted a more secluded experience off the beaten path—and we found it at this place.  We were 10 minutes from Manitu Springs and Garden of the Gods. But we enjoyed the extra drive up the mountain to this location. The room was clean and easily accessible. The property was lock-and-key code access with no in-person contact. Communication was through text message and email. The surrounding town was quiet. There are a few dining options, but we grabbed food prior to returning to the hotel.  The evenings were cool, and the hot tub was fantastic. The amenities included extra towels for hot tub, and comfy bath robes. Overall, just what we were looking for in a cozy, quiet getaway.  We would definitely come back to this location again.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful place. High end furnishings as well as towels and linens. Just a block or two to restaurants and a nice park and trails.    The property has a nice hot tub which wasn’t mentioned on Expedia. The only con we found was the walls between the rooms were very thin.

This is a great place.  It is a plush property in a small town.  Great staff, well run.  The hottub was a plus.  Would definitely come back to this gem.  If you are thinking of staying in Manitou Springs and want something less touristy and more "colorado"  I would check out the Little Beaver or Outlook Lodge.  They are great!

Loved that the property is really modern and fits the rustic mountain aesthetic. It looks like it was a remodel from a previous motel? Has the essentials for a one-night stay. Appreciate the heater in the bathroom. Coming from Texas where 50s is too cold, much needed! Also, LOVVEEEE the beaver mascot on your coasters and notepad!! Cuteee!! My only negative is that there should be some additional lighting from the parking at The Outlook Lodge to the Little Beaver Inn. We weren’t sure at first where the entrance of our room was at upon arrival. A first for me, there are no check-in desks so I actually liked having access to the room via email; good thing I read my emails!

The inn was cute and clean. We enjoyed the views and mountain stream. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear the neighbor’s conversations. We did use the microwave in the amenities room. The bathroom was a nice size and provided hot water, always. The parking situation is tough, especially in snow. Be prepared with a truck or SUV.
