Lipe Inn

Very good location at the hub of walking street. Well run accommodation. Large room with balcony. Limited view.Very good air conditioning and cleanliness, and hot water for the shower. Kettle, and TV (however only 1 English Channel) . Initially did not think WiFi worked but found it worked on the balcony. For Ko Lipe we have found this accommodation to be a reliable option. We like the Lipe Inn.

Very nice staff, very clean, very large and comfortable bed, silent, in very good position, in the center.

This was a bit of a hidden Gem actually. Great value for money, standard 3* room in Thailand but good size, comfortable and such a good location. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. It could potentially be noisy if you had a room close to the street but we didn't and it was great.

 Bathroom did get a bit flooded when showering, and outside the hotel there was a bit of a dodgy drain smell - don't think they can help that.

Very strategic location on Walking Street. Practically surrounded by amenities so it's really very convenient! Everywhere is within walking distance! Value for money! Helpful & friendly staff

This is a fantastic place to stay for the price. £25 a night on Agoda, that's a bargain on Ko Lipe. Reception right in the middle of Walking Street but all rooms are at the back so no problem with any noise. Big clean rooms, in fact they look brand new as the photos show. Excellent air-con and the cleaner has been and gone by the time you've nipped out for breakfast. Lovely pancake and croissant shop just across the street. You won't find better value than this on Ko Lipe. Two mins to Pattaya beach and no time at all for a cheeky Chang 😁

We got free upgraded to the room downstairs with balcony. Room is comfortable, spacious and clean.

We also stayed and had Masaman Curry which was sooooo good 😊

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the walking street but the rooms are not facing the street so it is relatively quiet during the night. The room was big and always clean. The staff hat always a nice smile and were helpfull. 

Was stayed 3 nights in the Power Beach Resort with more than 100 dollars per night and unsatisfied, I think Lipe Inn giving a super good deal compare to other hotels surrounding walking street with merely 60 dollars per room night. This is my third visit to Koh Lipe and will be putting Lipe Inn to my preferred hotel. Highly recommended.

Simple but convenient

Comfort at a great price, centrally located on Walking street right next to a well stocked convenience store. The receptionist is very reserved but helps as best she can given her limited english.
My room was excellent, nice modern room, clean and everything worked fine. Aircon, lighting, fridge, TV, wardrobe, table and chair, slightly firm bed with clean linens. Power points beside the bed.
The bathroom was a reasonable size with water heater and water pressure both good. The porch had a table and 2 chairs.
No problems with any noise from Walking street.
My only negatives were the aircon directed over the bed, all the cable TV channels on the TV were in Thai and the bathroom is a wet room, but given the room price (on what is an overpriced island) I wasn't complaining.

I stayed here for a few nights. I got a good deal. Good location on walking street close to everything.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
It was the rainy season and they provide an umbrella in the room.  Aircon works well and a fridge in the room which is always great.  Supermarket next door and not far to pattaya and sunrise beach

Superb Comfort and Convenience

We have stayed at the Lipe Inn several times before and like it as it is very clean, very efficient service, and in a good position in the heart of Ko Lipe Walking Street. It is like a motel room and now a building has been built in front of it there is not much of a few from the balcony, however we have found it one of the better reasonable options in Ko Lipe. It is about 3 minutes walk from the beach and has everything we need - Air conditioning, good shower, clean and close to everything. Wi fi is mostly okay and there is limited TV in English.

Very clean and efficent in the heart of Ko Lipe

The Lipe Inn is in a very convenient position. Like all accomodation in Ko Lipe it is expensive for what you get. However it is very clean and tidy with a large balcony, good air conditioning and friendly owners and the wifi works pretty well. It seems to tick many of the boxes. There are virtually only Thai channels on the TV.

Clean Tidy and Convenient

I stayed there for 8 days. Room is modern, AC, fridge, cleaned every day. Very close to walking street but no noise. The best is sunrise beach on the left side. They must improve wifi, very weak, much better from the restaurants nearby.

Nice to stay

Clean, convenient and great location at center of walking street, beside is Patt mart.  Water strong enough and heater works great.  Hair dryer and umbrella is provided in the room. The staffs are so friendly and helpful.  We stayed there for 3 nights and it's definitely worth the price!
