The apartments are located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue 1 block fro Lincoln Rd and few blocks from the beach
We checked in in other location the girl has been very kind and responded to all our requests
Initially we booked based on the description in other building, in fact they give you the apartment available at the moment can be in different part of South Beach
Anyway the apartment was very clean and comfortable 
Well recommended

Convenient price and quality

Booked 8 months before trip. Verified stay with owner 1 week prior to trip (she contacted me, so in hindsight that should have been my first clue that there was going to be problems). Arrived with my 78 yr. old mother and as instructed called management that we had arrived. She tells me I will call you back in a few minutes. 

10 min. later Booking.com calls me and states that they received a call from the manager that a main water pipe was broken and they couldn't accommodate us. (Booking.com did take care of us though). 

While standing in rain with luggage in courtyard, asked residents coming and going and no one had any problems. I am certain since it was the art festival weekend that someone came along and wanted to book for a longer period of time, or for more money, so they fabricated this story. 

No matter what response they may come back with, there is no excuse for this. Since they lied once, they will lie again.

Do NOT book here! you will sleep on street

I made a booking for this hotel on agoda.com and the cost was $120 per night. But what was charged to my credit card was double. When I called to find out, they said it was a service charge for cleaning the apartment. It is ridiculous to charge a nights accomodation fee for cleaning. And it was never mentioned when booking, so it was false advertising. Will never use agoda site ever again, it is bogus prices, prices you see is definitely not what you pay!!!
