The employee made a mistake and took from the card of my friend 355CHF instead of taking 255CHF. So after he took 355CHF, he took anothed 255 without telling us anything about that. As soon as we realised what happened, we wrote an email and they cancelled the tsansaction, but the money is pledged and not in our possession yet. After that the banc account was empty and if we hadn't another credit card in our possession, we would really have a huge problem. After 4 days my friend is still working this out with his bank, who says that it may take a month to have his money back. 
Also, we sent them email TWICE asking them if it was possible to leave our luggages somewhere in the building, because our flight departure was at 9:00pm, however they NEVER responded.

Disappointing

We found the apartment to be good for our family of 5 as it had all conveniences including a kitchen and laundry. Access to tram stop and parks was very convenient.

Good value

The "Letzigrund Ebony-Apartment" is a furnished business apartment offering 2 rooms, a double bed and a bed sofa to a maximum of 4 persons. There is a bathroom including a toilet and a shower as well as modern and fully equipped kitchen in this furnished flat. To top it of, you are provided with washing facilities in the basement for your free usage as well as free WiFi and even a flat screen TV with a wide range of channels. In short, this furnished business flat leaves nothing to be desired.

Best place   best apartaments in Zurich

Nice bed, bath, living room and kitchen apartment. They accommodated an early check in for us and our stay was very pleasant. They run the heat pretty high, opening the windows/doors helped. A min walk to bus stop (line 31) was the best part!! Has elevators and saved us from lugging our bags 3 floors, that's a plus too :). Tv selection was meh. Ask for more pillows upfront, they only supplied 2 fluffy ones (when our reservation was for 3 adults + a child) -- our only complaint I suppose.Will definitely recommend for families.

Nice apartment, easy access to public transport

Apartment fully equipped,  nice and neat,  kitchen excellent. Good comfort. Very clear. Good size bathroom, shower cabin small.  Good laundry room. Apartment is in front of the street and is very noisy,difficult  to sleep due to the traffic. I recommend to request an apartment in the back of the building. Administration shall have an office there for any help.  Difficult to contact anyone in charge of the apartment.

Nice apartment

This self-contained apartment has many good points: an excellent bathroom; a serviceable kitchen; a comfortable sitting area; closeness (50 metres) to frequent public transport; the railway station is only 15 minutes or so by bus; adequate Wi-Fi. There were a number of drawbacks: not all the English-language TV channels work; the door to the veranda was broken and was not fixed while we were there (despite being notified); the electrical sockets are all of the recessed three-pin Swiss type – adapters were promised but not delivered and we had to buy our own as our European-style ones didn’t fit; the secure Wi-Fi network refused to work and we had to use the unsecured public network; the bed is the lowest I’ve ever slept on; the microwave on the other hand is way too high up in a cupboard for people of average height to reach; there is considerable traffic noise. Apart from these glitches, this is a good place to stay in Zurich.

Good stay but some drawbacks

Good and quiet appartment hotel. Nice room with full kitchen. Nice. Are was bit low cost looking, railways and car lots around. Shopping mall right next to the hotel, bus to center leaves from the front of the hotel. Good Place if you are traveling wwith kids and need a Place to settle down.

Nice place with good connection

Well, the start was a bit dodgy, as our key had not been put in the keybox as arranged - but after phoning the staff up we were excellently welcomed and taken care of. And not charging us for parking was a more than welcome compensation for just 20 minutes delay in check-in. The apartment itself was excellent, very clean and furnished nicely and completely, wifi was strong and reliable, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed in the appartment with three adults, two sharing a double bed in the sleeping room, another using the convertible sofa in the living room. The bus stop is just a couple of steps away and connects directly to the city center. The next shopping center for getting all the daily necessities is approx. 10 minutes walk away. Only slightly negative fact: the appartment faced the main street with a lot of traffic from early morning to late evening, so being a sound sleeper or bringing ear plugs is encouraged.

Excellent value for money and comfy Zurich alternative to expensive hotels

I stayed there for  6 nights with my wife and my 6 months old son. I informed them in advance about our baby and they added a baby bed to our room. The apartment is very clean and looks very nice. You will find every thing you need there including a full set of IKEA kitchen ware, hair dryer, iron, dish washer etc. Even the capsules for dish washer are available. (salt and pepper and oil is not available)
There is a bus stop just 10 meters away of the hotel and bus goes to the city main station in around 12 minutes. There is a shopping center nearby(around 300 m). Mc Donald's and Coop supermarket are available in the shopping center. 
Zurich is so expensive, even for a person like me who lives in Norway! Comparing  to the other hotels , this apartment was the best choice, because this way I rented a great place in a reasonable price and also saved money for making food ourselves etc.
WiFi speed was very good. When you turn the TV on, will find more than 100 local and global TV channels which is quiet more than what you have access in the hotel.
Staff were very friendly and supportive. Normal check out time is 11.00 but we requested them to stay a bit more because our flight was at 19.00 and they agreed. It was a greet favor to us with a newborn baby :)

Best hotel for a family in the expensive Zurich

Well maintained serviced apartment with all amenities. Great location near main train station & shopping mall.
