La Tuguiata - Andutu Busteni

The room was nice and warm, the bathroom and everything was really nice, the staff is lovely and careful and the food and services were awesome. Also, it is really close to the center of the city. I recommend it! :)

Awesome trip!

Upon arrival the female host ask first of all the payment. In the bathroom there was only one toilet paper (we were a couple with a baby), the second day of our staying I asked the host to provide to my wife one more paper and she charged us with some other things my wife bought from a mini market she also has next to the rooms to let.

One day before we leave I asked for late check out (we wanted to leave 14:00-15:00 instead of 12:00) and she asked 100 ron more when the cost of one night was 165 Ron sending me to pay the time I requested it. 

Absolute lack of touristic culture and unprofessionals with the attitude “we are extra polite till we take your money” and after they ignore you like you are not their guest.

Also the heating system was not in function the last day (the external temperature was -5 degrees in the morning), we asked her to turn it on as we had a baby, she ensured us that after 11am would do it, something that never happened. 
Sly hosts that the only thing they have in mind is how to take your money.

It was our first and last time there (not in beautiful Buşteni though...).
She spoiled our sort staying.

I wouldn’t recommend it... There are many other at Buşteni.

They see the guests as “dollars”

The owner changes the room's price (higher!) once you get there . Then she  ofers you a different kind of room (cheaper!)  than the one you told her from the beggining you'll want to stay in. This untrustworthy behaviour is disgusting and this is why I will never come back there!

Untrustworthy

The hotel is located near cable car station and Silva Hotel. The quality of the furniture and services equivalent of maximum one star rating. Room heat don't work properly and the towels and bed linen are old and poor quality.

Poor quality services

Almost non-existent heat in winter.  Spiders in the bathroom, the bed linen is old.  It's not worth it. The boss is not correct with as.. 
She don t have good comunication with her,she don t want this..
