Stayed here both the night of arrival and night if departure. Place has security and is near the Ayala mall for something to do. It's one of the cheapest places we found in Cebu near a mall or safe places to visit at night. Don't get the criticism of it being exoensive, it's cheap for Cebu City which isn't necessary the same prices as outside of the city. Rooms are clean, Aircon works on both we stayed in and showers can be hot if desired. Toilet paper, soap and towels provided. Perfect for a night or two in the city.
