41 reviewsWe found the retreat resort over the Internet and we were about to drive to Bavaria for our vacation. So, we decided to get some appointments there as external clients and check it out. We decided to have some medical massage and mudd bath. At the reception Miss Muller made our plans after we had the consultation with the expert there and we appreciated the flexibility regarding our needs. Miss Muller was very competent, super friendly and her positive attitude made our experience there more valuable. I had my medical massage with 2 different therapists and each therapist was good and had a different approach and technique. However, for my needs I found Franzk's technique quite effective. The atmosphere in the waiting room is very friendly and everyone greets everyone and at the same time there is a nice relaxing peace. At the mudd bath you might need slippers (we were external guests) . Slippers are not provided... (for the hotel guests might look different. Unsure about it...). Nevertheless, if are important to you then make sure you double check with the hotel or bring your own). However, towel is provided there. Everything was clean and the sessions go on the clock. We will consider the resort for our next vacation and probably we will try the complete experience there as hotel guests as well. We already recommended it further to our friends and family members.
