Our server Justo was incredible (Vanessa as well). He has a clear passion for the profession. He was attentive and warm. We will be returning to Las Velas. Thank you! Also…..I don’t want to leave out Cheff Miguel. His passion for cooking is very evident. All of our food was excellent. We thank his efforts and are excited to return to see what he might cook up next. Salud!
