Knock Bed And Breakfast

This place is managed by an English/Irish family. Very warm welcome at arrival and a number of great advise during all our stay. Room is clean on a quiet street. Bathroom is great and perfectly maintained. Great full Irish breakfast! We had no problem to find a place where to park in the street.
We really recommend the place.

My husband and I stayed at Knock BnB this past week and I have to congratulate our hosts on running a beautiful and thoughtfully appointed BnB. The rooms were immaculate and presentation wonderful. Our host welcomed us as we parked our car and showed us through the place. Every courtesy was extended to us including a most welcome pot of tea and biscuits on our arrival. The breakfast was wonderful and set us for the day. We would whole heartedly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a clean and central place to stay on the North Coast.

Stayed here for a second time with two of my daughters  while visiting an elderly relative  Johanna brought a  much-appreciated welcome pot of tea up to our room on arrival..
Wonderful clean and comfortable room with large en suite bathroom and great sea view. Fantastic breakfast which set us up for the day! Very relaxed and calm family who welcomed us like old friends. Adorable children who help out quietly by, for example, collecting the breakfast request forms with discretion and impeccable manners! .
The street is very quiet for a good night's sleep yet very near to the Promenade and everything you need. We were able to park right outside too. Highly recommend as a welcoming place to unwind.

loved our family room great location lovely view and brilliant location , spotless loved the decor and both our boys loved the gorgeous bath , also breakfast was brilliant lovely fry , eggs or porridge . Johanna & Trevor were great hosts was our first holiday with two young boys will look forward to book this b & b again soon!

My mom and I stayed at Knock Bed and Breakfast in May. We were staying in Portstewart because we have family nearby in Portrush. My granny grew up in Coleraine and her parents retired to 35 Central Avenue just a few doors down from this bed and breakfast. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I never got tired of looking out the window and seeing the Atlantic Ocean. Trevor and Johanna are the nicest and most helpful people. The bathroom was amazing. It had a large tub perfect for soaking or having the seaweed bath. I tried the seaweed bath and I loved it. I am having a lot of trouble with acne and it cleared up my acne right away. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after having the seaweed bath. I also bought the seaweed from Trevor and Johanna to take home so I can have my own seaweed bath. In the bathroom there is also a shower which was very nice. There is also a heated towel rack so the towels are always warm. The breakfast was delicious. Every morning I had Irish porridge and either scrambled or poached eggs with potato bread. Trevor and Johanna's sons are so nice. One evening they entertained my mom and I by playing the piano and violin. Their oldest son would light the fire and bring the toast in the morning in the breakfast room. I would love to come back to Portstewart and if I do I am definitely going to stay at Knock Bed and Breakfast.

This is a lovely b & b where Joanna and Trevor make you feel very welcome as a family. We stayed while touring Ireland on a photography trip so it was really important to have a warm welcoming place. The knock defiantly fit the bill. Joanna was great at suggesting places of interest and recommending restaurants. She rang on our behalf to book a table which was really helpful. The room was lovely and the large bath in the en-suite was fantastic. Let me say the seaweed bath was amazing and I felt great afterwards, highly recommended ! Breakfast was delicious and having never had an Ulster Fry before I can now say I'm a convert... Soda bread was very tasty. A warm log fire to keep you cosy in the breakfast room was another treat. Would defiantly stay again.
