We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The room was always spotless, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The entire hotel is well maintained, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Whether at the reception, housekeeping, or anywhere else in the resort, everyone made us feel at home. A special thank you to the Entertainment Team, who brought so much positive energy every day. They were fun, engaging, and helped create a wonderful holiday atmosphere for both adults and children. Our biggest appreciation goes to the restaurant staff, especially Maria and Mohammed Atia. They were absolutely outstanding. Always smiling, kind, attentive, and incredibly caring, they made every meal a pleasure. They remembered us, took wonderful care of us every day, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. We hope to come back again!
