Great spot for koala spotting and driving the grea ocean road.

Loved listening to the ocean at night and the serenity of the location. Lovely helpful staff. Self-contained accommodation with bathroom was a better option than glamping for us!

We arrived late at night though, the staff prepared well for us. Rooms including bathroom are well maintained and clean. The reception lady was so kind and friendly. She answered all questions perfectly.We’d love to comeback again.

Our second visit to this incredible caravan park that is clearly one of the gems of the great ocean road.  Last time we camped, this time we rented one of their sparkling clean, comfortable and well appointed cabins.  It was an excellent 3 night stay.  Moira at reception and Ty the manager were amazing, and made our stay extra special thanks to their assistance.  Lots of Koalas in the trees every day right in the campground and every night there is a mob of 20  grey kangaroos that comes into the field next store. Add to that the beautiful beach across the road and this place is the perfect get away to experience all that this part of Oz has to offer.  Thanks for having us, we will be back!

Beautiful natural setting. Kids loved the wildlife, especially the Koalas and the King Parrots which landed on them. Great beach just across the road and we enjoyed the river walk too. Friendly staff and great little cabins. Will return for sure!

Gorgeous location. Loads of wildlife. The owners were really lovely and accomodating. I took my three young children for a spare of the moment getaway and we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back

Paul and Briony were absolutely excellent. When I arrived to book in----  Expedia , yes you, had cancelled my booking for no reason at all. Paul was fantastic and found me accommodation in the Camp worker's hut for the weekend. I cannot thank him enough. Expedia owe the Kennett river camp management $200 . I will never book with Expedia again .

Very nice and comfortable cabin. Brilliant location for seeing koala bears right on your door step. Lots of King parrots and also some really nice walks. Free WiFi only works near reception and mobile signal is weak in the area. Nice beach. Easy reach of lorne and apollo Bay. Free dvd rental and handy cafe near by. Recommended.

Good location for koala bears.

Inexpensive but delightful location between Lorne’s and Apollo. Clean park model RV with decently equipped kitchen. Located at entrance to National Forest with lots of Koalas and friendly parrots that will eat from your hand. Can hear the surf at night and see the ocean which is a quick walk away, just across the great ocean road. One of the most enjoyable spots we stayed during our 21 day holiday stretching from North Queensland to Melbourne.

Great Stay

My friend's words were as we left..."that is the nicest place I've ever stayed at". We just wanted some peace and quiet before the Xmas rush and we got it. Our cabin was tucked in a corner close to the beach. We loved the birds that came to visit as well as a koala on a mission and a shy kangaroo. Cabin was lovely and clean, bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We had a lovely stay and I really didn't want to go back home. Thanks for a lovely break. I'd like to come back sometime.

Lovely cabin...

We came here for a quiet,  relaxing few days and that's exactly what we got. The cabin was incredibly clean and whilst not top of the range it was comfortable and functional.  Despite being one cabin back from the GOR there was no road noise, all we heard was the surf. My partner has limited mobility and there were only 2 steps onto the porch of our cabin which he coped well with. The bathroom was VERY small but he was still able to use it without major problems. The whole campground is flat which made walking to the shop and beach very simple for him.We would be happy to come and stay here again.

Great location with Koalas and Kangoroos seen on site. Friendly people on site. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Quite unique experience to stay here, but the location is not anywhere near the eatery. The closest is koala cafe, but it won't open so early nor close very late. There isn't any heater in the bedroom, so it is quite cold during this time
