Kayumanis Ubud Private Villas & Spa

We recently stayed at Kayumanis Ubud with our family, booking five villas across four different room categories: the Honeymoon Suite Villa, a 2-Bedroom Villa, a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Pool Villa, and a 1-Bedroom Pool Villa. It was truly a memorable experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the team’s remarkable flexibility, generosity, and willingness to accommodate our group. There was no sense of being nickel-and-dimed, and they warmly supported our family across the five villas, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The complimentary transport around the Ubud area was a huge convenience, especially with a larger group like ours. We also loved how easy it was to communicate via WhatsApp for everything, whether it was spa reservations, breakfast and afternoon tea orders, or general requests. In-villa breakfast was a particular highlight: delicious food, convenient ordering, and a truly relaxing way to start the day. We’d like to give a special thanks and shout-out to Mariani, who was instrumental in bringing our wedding vision to life. We had initially reached out to a few hotels in Bali to inquire about wedding packages, but her timely and detailed responses gave us the confidence to choose Kayumanis. From the very beginning, she guided us through customizing our package and coordinated everything seamlessly with the live band, celebrant, catering team, décor, and florals. In the weeks leading up, she kept in touch to confirm every detail, and once we arrived, she met us the day before to walk through the flow, timeline, and arrangements to ensure we were all aligned. Deciding to have a destination wedding without doing a site recce or food tasting beforehand was certainly a gamble, so we had set our expectations modestly. But thanks to Mariani and the Kayumanis team, the day exceeded everything we had hoped for and more. Every detail was executed beautifully—we truly couldn’t fault a thing. Our vow ceremony at the Honeymoon Suite felt wonderfully private and intimate, and the dinner reception by the main pool (closed off exclusively for us) created the perfect setting for our celebration. It was everything we dreamed of and a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. While some aspects of service could be more polished, such as occasional inconsistencies with turndown service (which wasn’t a major concern for us), our overall stay was very pleasant. The warmth and friendliness of every staff member—from the restaurant to housekeeping, spa, and reception, made our experience truly enjoyable.
