Katerclei Lodge and Serviced Apartelle

Crossing Bohol Thru Jagna Port at 10pm, I arrived in the Port of Nasipit, Agusan Del Norte- just 20- 25 kilometer beside Butuan City- at exactly 430am ahead of the Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) of Lite Shipping Roro Vessel that I boarded to Cross from Bohol to this Northeast Province and Region of Mindanao. Together with few Passengers with me, we rode a Tricycle to Nasipit Jeep Terminal (tricycle fare of P15 each) and boarded a passenger jeep to Butuan City (P35/ each) I arrived Butuan City between 530 to 6am. As I still did not know where to really stay in Butuan City except the Lists that I have of 5 to 10 hotels and accommodations that I yet need to check here,. I disembarked in the Highway Mainroad of JC Aquino Avenue in Butuan City and settled myself in MC Donalds besides Gaisano to take Breakfast and browse WIFI. I have seen now Butuan City has grown as the last time I came over here was more than 2 decades ago when I was still working in Siargao Island on the next province of Surigao Norte. After Checking 2 nearby hotels on the City center, I asked a tricycle to bring me to Kater'Clei Lodge which I still dint know where but 1 in my lists of Browse. I was surprised, the Desk Staff was very accommodating. Checking it all, I had myself in Early Check-In at 10am. The Rooms were all bigger and cleaner compared to the rates. The bathroom clean, standard, and cozy. only the TV quite old but with cable, and only normal temperature bath but just fine for me. With WIFI, Electronic Room Card Key but just the Room Doors still the Old Version without inside peep holes when somebody knocks outside u dont know who. Its not on the Center but located in a Subdivision but not far from the center too, its fine with me as I appreciated the ambiance very relaxing, with more open spaces, a convention area on topmost floor its good. Overall one of the Bests Value for Money. Single Accommodations only P600 and Double P800 and that includes breakfast, seldom one finds the same for a Decent Lodge or Appartelle which just also relatively new. How to get there: From the Center- Between JC Aquino Ave. and Montilla St., take the South Montilla Road, reaching the Mormon Seventh Day Adventist Church which is my Landmark take the right Road 7th Guingona St, and you are there you can see it from the intersections. Best Value for a Clean, Decent, Calm and Serene, Relaxing Modern Lodge or Appartelle. Traveled Alone on Business Trip.
