The stay in Karma Cottage was nothing short of amazing ! Extremely courteous and friendly staff. The caretaker and owner of the property took care of each and everyone at the cottage. Believe me when I say, we go as guests and come back like family members. A beautiful property for family vacay, those looking for WFH (work from home) or those just seeking some peaceful time amidst nature. It guarantees to be a memorable stay for everyone ! The cottage is surrounded by magnificent mountains which is very enthralling for every nature lover. Would highly recommend the cottage for those who visit Manali ! It’s an experience you would not regret…

It was the longest stay of mine on a holiday with family in any destination of the country.
Its primarily bcas of KARMA COTTAGE (Prini).
Wooden interiors, Hot water, Home Food (with all variety of menu), Excellent hospitality, etc etc...Non ending list.
The surrounding view is exceptional and an easy  approach to any tourist destination as Karma Cottage is ideally located.
I stayed from 23 Dec21 till 5th Jan 2022.

KARMA COTTAGE is one of the most beautiful and peaceful place to stay for anyone planning to visit any time of the year. Lovely food, awesome staff, spacious rooms, beautiful property with mesmerising outer view  from the glass doors and windows. 
Our 12 days of stay was so memorable that it will be  difficult to sum it up in few words.

With the option to work remotely, I was looking for a place that could give me option to work without any interruptions, hygienic home cooked food and own space for family. Karma ticked all boxes & exceeded my expectations in all quarters. 

If you want your morning to start with clouds,.mountains, breath of fresh air and a cup of hot tea / coffee, then thus is the place to be at. The cottage is beautifully designed, with nice wood work and space is created to suit longer term stays.

I stayed for 2 weeks with my Family ... wife and 2 kids and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. 

Rooms allow space for all, I could attend my office and kids their online classes. Evenings were spent in the hall to enjoy indoor family games

Although we didn't go to main Manali market too many times, it is very approachable and you can even manage to walk if you are amongst those who can manage 10k - 15k steps
 
Rivulet nearby is a good place to unwind and enjoy the landscape. Besides all other attractions of Manali like Atal Tunnel, catching up on snowfall near Rohtang are ways to make your stay enjoyable.

Karma Cottage place away from the Madding crowd, where there is peace, tranquillity and oneness with nature. An absolute relaxation sets in. The ambience of the homestay is breathtaking as it is adjoining an apple orchard.. One can take a walk in the apple orchard garden.
The food was simply amazing... it was home-cooked and simple and the taste was out of this world.. The food was so great that we decided to
have all our meals in the homestay itself.. it was very pocket friendly as well ..Thanks, Ms Sita the Head Chef and Subordinates Rohit & Papu of the Karma cottage.
The host ( Mr Gagan Sharma) and the staff were so warm and greeted us with Himachali cap
when we reached. The hotel staff was helpful and thanks to Mr Gagan Sharma Owner of the karma Cottage who came to welcome us to the Gate.
The place is 5 mins drive from the main city centre but still away from the hustle-bustle..
The moment we stepped into the balcony we
were awestruck as they face the Hill View..We felt we are standing inside a valley of Himalaya a true heaven...
The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable and most importantly bathroom were so clean &
Hygiene. The place had a combination of Himachali architecture & a modern look entirely beautiful duplex cottage....
The host guided us to the places to visit there along with some great tips ..they also arranged small activities for kids so that they enjoyed themselves.
In the evening we all sit together which was a
great platform to interact with other members and share their travel experience.. it helps as u can get to know so many unexplored places
and plan your next trip...

The USP of the place is the warmth and hospitality of the host and the staff also the remarkable FOOD for sure..

thanks to the staff there.. even at 12 midnight they had this very warm and homely smile.. thanks for making our stay so great.. Next time when I visit Manali.. I am surely gonna be at Karma Cottage…

We had the best time at Karma cottage. Your stay would not be restricted to one thing, you will have the best of both worlds (comfort of work and play). Rooms were spacious and the view was beautiful. Your home stay will be away from the hustle bustle of the Mall road yet close to amazing cafes where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the river side. You will feel like you are the luxury of your home or even better. You will find finger licking food in all your meals and the staff was really sweet and never said no for anything. I was provided with my morning coffee at 6:30 every morning with a gorgeous view to the mountains. I would highly recommend this place for your family outing or with your friends.

View from cottage is really beautiful. Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Literally best place to stay in Manali . Would love to visit again to enjoy the food and view from the cottage !

We went on a family trip to Manali and had lunch and dinner in Karma Cottage. The food and the place was amazing. We enjoyed a lot over there and had fun with our family. The rooms were neat and clean and overall it was beautifully build.

Well located, nice views, excellent hospitality and budget place for long stays as well. Multiple rooms at one level, common sitting area for family time and home-cooked food gives home like feeling at Karma Cottage. The open sitting area giving the valley view is an icing on the cake. Experienced staff has ability to plan excursions and day trips. Must visit place and if one needs a staycation, it’s the best place to choose.

"Karma cottage was very nice and beautiful place . We stay there First and second April 2021  .Food was yummy and hygenic .Rooms was neat and clean. The view of outside very beautiful. It was very peacefull  place. We prefer go there again . "

The moment you step in u feel like home away from home. Excellent food , Nicely kept Very supporting staff. Glass room is a place i love nice working atmosphere for those who want to work.
Terrace area is good for evening bash. 
Big drawing and dinning area for everyday get together. If i describe in large they have 01 three bedroom cottage and 01 Four bedroom cottage . One can use it indvidually or all7 rooms can be used for large groups. Self cooking kitchen option is availaible which is good for long family stay. 
I am in love with the place and food and will visit again.
I will say its my home in manali!

Great place for Long/ Short Stay

The caretakers of the place are amazing - Sita and Gita.  They take care of the guests very well.  The food served is fresh and cooked everyday and too tasty.  Totally recommend taking the package with breakfast + dinner.  They have a cozy fireplace as well as a terrace where you can enjoy your meals or you can call for the meals in your room.  They have a never say no for anything attitude!

The place is in Prini which is slightly away from the main nightlife in Manali but only a 20 mins drive away!  so depends on what you prefer

Great food; peaceful; away from main attractions but closer to Naggar

On the main road to Manali , away from the fuel smog one experience in high season at Manali , This is a serene place ahead of green tax Barrier, The rooms & bathrooms are Stunning Clean, Service is top class, only thing which bothered me was they don’t have phones in room to call for services , we have to call on caretakers personal no.
The view from the rooms are also good.Caretaker Sita is a good manager & equally good chef as well, She is an asset to management .
The rooftop Restaurant is having glass house for winters.
The owners are very cordial people, they help & care for us.
