Issue with checking in and did not receive a late check out.

The Kanuku Suites provides limited service accommodations for mostly work related  guests. I stayed here for the better part of a week. I personally found the amenities and services on the website misleading. Employees are helpful and kind but require more hospitality training. The Angel Restaurant looks like a "Bottom House" restaurant and requires serious upgrading in every department. The complimentary breakfast is pathetic. I also get the feeling there is a master servant relationship between owner and staff. Is there enough value for the price of the room. Unequivocally No. Would I come back here. Not likely. 

Premium Pricing for Basic Accommodations .

a fine hotel in a quiet neighborhood, slightly worn rooms but clean and tidy. The beds are a bit hard.very nice and helpful staff.

Nice space at the top floors a bit basic and strange layout is strange however one good staff member can eclipse ps it was the team member who checked me in five star review excellent service. The other team member after that will ensure failure. Anyway I wil stay again.

The room is ok but they don't offer the food variety on the menu. The room is clean and the staff is very kind!.

My stay occured during Georgetown's biggest convention that left the area,with every hotel room in the area booked for 3 days Feb 13-15).Upon my arrival, I went downstairs to get a meal at the restaraunt and was told that 'they only have french fries'. Had to order a pizza from a pizza hut.The TV only receives 3-channels (all local) and all unwatchable because they were snowy.Internet/Wifi unstable. Stopped working for nearly 4-hours after a rain.And someone mentioned the mosquitoes... yep, as soon as you turn off the lights you are giving blood.A week after my stay and I am still itching with bite bumps.I didn't even sleep the last night there, 3:30am taxi pick up to the airport could not come soon enough.Neighborhood dogs bark at almost anything during the night.If you are staying here..1) Bring your own food and drink with you2) Bring mosquito repellant 3) Bring noise cancellation earplugs

rubbish hotel. Bleak rooms (try to get one with a window at least). Surly staff. Terrible restaurant service. Ony my last night I had to get to bed early since I had to be up at 1 am to take taxi to airport. I asked for a meal at 6 pm and explained the rush. The lady said '20 minutes'. An hour later I go down to ask about progress. She said 'sorry, I haven't started it, because I had to make dinner for the boss'. No cleaning of room between nights. No complimentary water left. Breakfast awful. Just, ugh.....

avoid at all costs

TV reception very poor. Staff is reasonably good and friendly. Breakfast not up to mark. Room condition is mediocre. No room service. Room telephone not functioning. Good for a lower price than what was charged.
