We recently visited as an extended family of 13, booking 6 rooms. The staff made sure we were all on the same floor with the appropriate people in the rooms that made most sense for each respective family. The staff wow'ed me. They were the most kind and helpful people. They never said it out loud but I noticed anytime my toddler was running around playing in the lobby, staff made sure to stand up and block the front doors to help keep him inside. It was little things like that, that I noticed, appreciated, and what I believe makes this hotel stand out. The transportation was seamless, with drivers all happy, kind, and accomodating. Food was great, setup either in the main floor bar area or in the 2nd floor dining room. Definitely choose Kaleb for your next stay!
