Great burgers at the beach in a lovely garden. First you think it doesn’t look that interesting, but the food is great. Even a simple pasta with tomato sauce is very good. It is right on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach. The music makes it even more attractive!

The Kajibange was just what I needed. You have your basic amenities in the room - toilet, shower, AC, fridge , fan and a bed so huge, it could easily sleep 5. The setting is the best, right on the beach but hidden amongst coconut trees and greenery. There is still some building required with some of the rooms, this did not bother me at all, but some people might find this "untidy". There was no noise with this, just some areas were untidy with building materials about. The owner and staff where superb and very chilled with no request being a problem. If you want chilled, relaxed and very eco, this is your place. If you want 5* luxury, then maybe look elsewhere. One thing to add is that as a Muslim country, there are "Prayers" at 04:00 and the mosque is very close. The call to prayer only last 5 mins or so, but can be annoying if you are a light sleeper.

Great vibes, great staff (especially Tony!), amazing music, best seafood and fruit I've ever eaten (and so cheap: you can have lunch with 10 Euros), good prices. Great rooms, peaceful. Beach and sea... simply Zanzibar!

I just discovery that place by the bar and the restaurant because I had already book the hotel but for sure if I go back to Nungwi I will definitely stay there !!food was super good ,simple fresh local and prepare with love .the service was super friendly and the reggae atmosphere push down my stress level to 0%!!!!!wow ..I will keep this place in my heart .Asante Sana

Best place ever to chill & relax, excellent fresh food, unique accomodation (tradititional ecological material & style) and perfect service. The ressort is continiously kept neat & clean including the inner garden. Reggae is with you all the time. 

This ended up being our favorite place to stay on the island.  Chill atmosphere, just around the corner from the more touristy stretch of beach.  We had one of the bungalows.  It was clean and comfortable.  Staff was always friendly and food was good (though I recommend walking to Kivulini restaurant behind DoubleTree, yum!).  Plenty of places to sit in the shade and look at the beach.

A great place!
Big and clean rooms, good and fresh food, delicious drinks, great service, very nice atmosphere of the place, not near to the beach that's on a beach. Good price in relation to quality. RECOMMEND

We spent relaxing and listening good music in the half of the boat or in hammocks as much time as we wished. It is pleasant place with nice and pleasant people close the sea on the beach. They served fresh fish coconut and pinapples. Wish to return back 

Kajibange is located at the extreme east of Nungwi, where there are much less tourists.
Everything is made of wood, looks super nice and simple.
Suleiman, the owner, and his staff are very welcoming and always ready to help your requests.
When we went to Nungwi we were planning to do trips, snorkeling and other activities, but the amazing location and atmosphere of the Kajibange made us forget everything, and we just relaxed on the beach for the whole vacation.

Basic means basic, but provides everything you need in a room. Always had hot water, and the bed was comfortable. Provided mosquito netting. Nice view of the ocean. Everything was clean upon arrival and the owner took care of my needs. He is very friendly and easy to have a beer and a good discussion with. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. The food is very good, and others in the area come here just to eat.

Amazing!

The food was delicious, we ordered grilled octopus and calamari. The atmosphere there is very relaxed. Though we had to wait a bit long for our order, but generally we had a good experience in that place
