Juffing Hotel & Spa

We have been coming to Juffing for more years than I can remember. If you are long for an extraordinary place to stay, with warm hospitality, views of the majestic mountains of Wilde Kaiser and the utter quiet of the Tirol, look no further. I think we first visited in the mid 2000s. We fly to Munich. Hire a car and drive down the autobahn to Kufstein. As the mountains come into view and the miles tick past, the world’s troubles fall away. As you drive up the mountain road to Hinterthiersee you begin to unwind further. But the real magic, is Hotel Juffing. I think we found this amazing place through an event hosted there 20 years ago. It has just improved with time. Since my youth, I have spent many of my holidays and vacations in Austria, but nothing comes close to Juffing. Sonja and Elmar the owners, have instilled the place with their own culture. I rarely enjoy staying in hotels now. But this is a true family experience. They are so kind. They remember everything about you. And are so kind and empathetic. This happens nowhere else. And it’s done only in a subtle way, that enhances your stay and its quality. The rooms are just amazing. Where else can you look through a panoramic glass window at the majestic Wilder Kaiser Grossglockner. Everyone is so nice and caring l. The food is amazing and inclusive in the price. We have just spent 4 days here and I think it’s the most relaxed I have been in years. If you are looking for bright lights and night life go somewhere else. If you are looking for one of the best experiences and rejuvenation of your spirit from nature and hospitality then get here as soon as possible. Just don’t make it difficult for me to get a room. We will be back at Christmas time. Besser gehts nicht.
