Our arrival to Juan Valiente nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s in an idyllic location was one of total surprise and we believe it’s something very unique, and a wonderful experience. We also feel we have made new friends in Laurence and Isabel, and we were all very sad to leave. They are wonderful hosts and Isabel’s food, and the wine bodega are a treat in equal measure! So much so we cancelled plans to eat out in Granada because we had enjoyed the food and ambience of the hotel so much and the locally sourced wine and produce made it even more special if that’s possible. From the genuine Sierra Nevada Mud facials (which we loved) to the guided mountain walks to source the mud our hosts could not have done anything more to make us feel very special and it was very much appreciated. 🤫🤫 sssshhhh! Keep this little gem to yourselves
