Journey's Inn

We stayed here 4 nights while attending a college graduation.  Rates were excellent,
good parking and convenient.  The manager's are very congenial and helpful.
Continental breakfast could be improved to include more variety.  There is a nice mall
Not too far from the motel.  Good shopping stores.

Clean and basic . Good room for the price.we went with grand son. Close to good food and entertainment. Locomotion fun center heat for  grandson .bathrooms needs a little attention.no card need to reserve room

Clean Comfortable Room

The good: $57 for a Friday night. It is on the border of Springdale and Fayetteville so close to both. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Free wifi. 
The bad: No bathroom fan. Very short showerhead. I am 5'8" and cracked the back of my head trying to get under it. Mildew in the shower. Nasty used bandaid randomly stuck to the inside of the door. Latches on windows didn't work. Random person knocking on the door at 10:30pm.
Other:  Free coffee and muffins in the office lobby. Ice machine located on the opposite side of the building.

Low end

My husband and I stayed at Journey's Inn, Friday, Aug. 12th. I had read reviews and decided location and price worked for us. Well, the room was as promised, clean and basic. But the activity surrounding the hotel was totally unnerving. In the short time that we actually spent there, we noticed vehicles pulling up, waiting, then entering a particular room, and then leaving,  Also , the hotel across the parking lot seemed to have more of the permanent guest clientele, who were hanging around outside. Then we also noticed that the garage in the rear of the property seemed to have its own residents also.  Maybe all this activity not normally associated with traveling wouldn't bother some of you, but I can quarantee that I'm not comfortable with it.

Misled!

We were looking for something inexpensive and we found it!  Price was way under other hotel chains.  Front desk was warm and welcoming.  Room was clean and quiet.  Shower was hot.  Ice machine had lots of ice.  Internet was fast.
