excellent staff and place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Close to Taksim,shops and metro. Speed internet,hot shower and good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is great - 30 m from Istiklal street, 250 m from Taksim metro station and 500 m from Havatas station (this is very important if you come from Sabiha airport). The breakfast was very good, but the best thing is behaviour of the staff to the guests. This is the hotel which I will visit in the future.

The room was comfortable, modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The location is convenient being at the center of a tourist spot. Perfect stay except for the noise in the street that lasts up to the wee hours of the morning, where you won't have a good night's rest because of it. Other than the noise, the hotel is very good.

Good, convenient, modern hotel

Great!!

I’ve been in this hotel for 5days.
First when i came to this hotel, i said to myself “oh, i made a big mistake.”
The hotel wasn’t what I expected. The rooms are too small, dirty, noisy. Even at 5AM u will hear a lot sounds becomes out. The room won’t clean everyday, everyday u should ask them for cleaning ur room! 
The bathroom is not this picture u see. It’s too small,even for taking shower u should just keep still! One of the most weird things that I’ve seen in this hotel was the sink! The sink was too small, when u cleaning ur face or ur hands, all the water strew to the floor! Imagine how small was it!
And bcuz of that, our bathroom was always wet! 
There isn’t any lobby in this hotel! 
The breakfast was awful. We prefer to eat our breakfast out of the hotel...
The stuff can not speak English, u should know Turkish or don’t ask anything! Bcuz they can not understand ur meaning.
Anyhow there was a good reason that makes us satisfied about this hotel, and that was the LOCATION. The location is amazing :) all the coffeeshops, shopstores, bars,tramway, are too near. Understairs there is an Iranian bar that u can go there and have some fun. Above of all if u care about location, choose this hotel. Wish this review help u all.  

Just location was good

The room was so small that if You want to move the other one should stay on the bed, unbelievably dirty, No toothpaste, No hair dryer, No conditioner... it is just a place to sleep except you can not sleep from the noises Coming from the street till morning.
Staffs attitude is not professional nor warm, the are constantly nagging about the guests and talking behind their back in-front of other customers. For example we had to listen to Ali nagging about a client throwing up while we were eating breakfast, 
Not going again, never letting anyone go as well.
The location is amazing.

Unbelievably dirty

1. I booked delux room 2 months before i arrive, and they didnt have free delux room2. Came to a hotel around 20h and waited with 2 other guest about 15 min on the reception, till the receptionist finish his coffee in restaurant3.Guy working on a reception does NOT speak english4. I booked a room for 2 people,and NO guests allowed5. Room was cold6. 3rd floor and very very loud7. Breakfast restaurant was soooo cold,that u have to take a breakfast wearing ur jacketI could continue.....If u aske me,the Location on is only good thing. Everything else, very very veeery SAD!!!

Bad choise!!!!

The location is great,in heart of Taksim area.Staff are not trained and behave in a rude way(except one of them who is helpful and speaks English well).The restaurant and breakfast are poor.There is a lot of noise from rooms besides and even smoke comes into rooms from outside.

A terrible mess.Noisy,small rooms,poor services.I'll never book this hoel again.
