This is our seventh time back staying at the Irini Studios and it just gets better and better ! Armando and Leonora can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble ! The studios are in an ideal location 2 mins from the supermarket and shops and 5 mins from the beach, the studios are on the quieter end of town which is ideal for us. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay. I would advise anyone to stay here you will not be disappointed :-) See you next year Irini XXX

Perfect as usual !

Excellent apartments, Armando couldnt do enough, nothing was too much, the Chill Out Bar is part of the Apartments and is also great, would definitely stay there again, only a short walk from the beach, shops, and a big Supermarket 50 mts away, what more could you want or need ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent

Myself and my wife booked a trip to Malia at another hotel which was on the main strip and it was noisy and full of teenagers. While we was out walking we came across the great self catering apartments run by Almondo so we decided to stay there for the duration of our holiday Almondo is a great host and we had a little studio by the pool it was very clean and a good base to stay I will definitely be staying again . The cocktails were excellent too

Fantastic stay

We were a bit worried about the location and it is a bit of a walk to the main bit of the strip but we found it to be easily manageable.
There are also good restaurants and bars nearby if you can't manage the walk.
Armanto, his wife and staff are all very friendly and do their jobs very well.
The rooms are basic but clean and fully functional. The beds are very comfortable.
We would stay again, location, value for money, cleanliness and staff all good. It isn't the 4 star it is advertised as but is ok more like a 2 star.

Ok not the ritz

I booked a studio for single occupancy and was given a room across the road from the main apartments and chill out bar. 
I have been coming to Stalis since 1985 so know that accommodation is pretty basic.
The best bit about the room was the bed which was a double with a memory foam mattress.
It is in desperate need of an upgrade. All there was was in the kitchen area was  a kettle and a rusty 2 ringed hob and tatty fridge. I had one teaspoon, one small glass, 2 each of dishes, plates, knives and forks.
Cleaning left a lot to be desired. There was hair on the bathroom floor that wasn’t mine( lost mine due to chemo). On the second day I was given a bathroom mat( the water from the shower went all over the floor) I don’t think this mat was changed in the 2 weeks I was there. Bedding was possibly changed once during my stay,not convinced though as I always left my bed tidy with the sheet on top and would go in to find the sheet folded but no real cleaning done. Fresh towels seemed to arrive every 3 days. No cleaning of the balcony.
The windows had plastic black out screens which had holes in them ( no curtains but that didn’t matter)

Basic

Ours was a pretty basic apartment but was clean and in a good location with helpful staff and a quiet pool. Only complaint is the kitchen facilities were poor, 2 ring hob was fine but no toaster, only 1 useless pan, no sharp knife or scissors, not enough crockery for the 6 people it could sleep. Cost a lot more eating out than we planned because we couldn’t cook anything.

Good budget stay

I went to irini studios with a friend of mine. We had a really great stay, the owner gave us great service. We really got appreciated. The rooms are in good condition. Cleaned very good. And the people are very nice. I would definitely come again!

Best Stay ever

Had a great week here, no frills but clean, fresh towels every day and lovely owners and staff, only real complaint was shower flooded bathroom every time we used it. Would have been better during day if bar was opened selling snacks and shandies, it was a sun trap all day long at pool and had to keep going to supermarket for snacks and drinks

lovely friendly people second time for us very good value for money no frills but home from home we will be going again for sure chill out bar at the front run by the same people again made to feel so welcome

Lovely people

We booked a room with a double bed with a travel agency and we knew we did not have to expect too much about the apartment but what we found was unbelievable. First of all they reserved us a very dirty room with two separate old beds, with no air conditioned and no WiFi (travel agency told us it was all FREE). We thought it was travel agency’s fault so we complained with the person who gave us the room (there’s no reception) and she said we could change our room to another by paying 50€ for air conditioned. We accepted and paid everything; but once we  were in the other room she said there was another room which was “prettier”. She seemed to be kind so accepted again and moved to the new room. 
Also this room had two separate beds so we pushed the beds together but surprises never end. The sheets had holes and were very old, we couldn’t close the window of the balcony because it was broken. The kitchen accessories were old and we hadn’t the possibility to cook anything. But the worst part is that we found holes in the doors and a lot of ants! We had to buy some baby powder to stop them! The last day we had to leave at 7:15 p.m. so we asked to keep the room at least until 2:00 p.m., but guess what? They said we had to pay 20€ to keep it, so we decided to leave it at the time the owner (Armando) of the Irini Studios said: 12:00 p.m. We stayed all day in the lounge bar with no toilet or other services until 17:00.
Thanks to our capacity to adapt to every situation we stayed there but it has been the most awful experience ever. 
The only positive thing about the Irini Studios was the bartender: he had been kind, friendly, nice from the first to the last day.
