6 reviewsWe have just returned from a fantastic 11 night stay in Acacie at Il Canetto di Pomaia. The location is ideal for anyone who likes to stay away from busy areas, set about 1km from the road and 3km from the village of Pomaia. The scenery is fantastic, the apartment was clean, well equipped (with good wifi) and comfortable. Outside you can sit and enjoy the view with a glass of excellent Chianti or play a little tennis before jumping into the Pool for a splash and a cool down. We stayed here with our 9 year old son who had a great time playing football and messing around with us in the pool. In the village of Pomaia there are 3 small shops and an excellent bar which serves a small selection of food during the day, perfect for an evening beer and a game of cards. Finally to mention the hosts, Giovanna, Guido, Elio and Rosella who were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I think we will be back in 2019 as we need to test the Pizza oven!
