I stayed at 48Lex in Manhattan for the first time and I can certainly say it will not be the last, especially if the Manager Graciela is running ship. She is an exceptional manager with domain expertise in management and hospitality. Her staff were outstanding, exceeded my expectations. (Max at front desk and the wonderful ladies there are amazing). They each went above and beyond, it was apparent they work as a team and have excellent leadership. I highly recommend this hotel, not just because it’s beautiful but because Graciela’s team there will provide an experience that’s nothing short of extraordinary. Integrity, reliability, consistency and outstanding service is their everything mantra.
